Added category ID to slotted link clicks and slotted link views on company activity report to help distinguish between categories with same names

A new button was added when viewing a company's activity report. The "All Brands" button will gather all of the sites' data into a single consolidated report for the selected company.

Valve Magazine is now pulling Google Analytics stats into Gardner Analytics

The top pages widget has been seperated into two widgets: Top Landing Pages and Top Article Pages. The top ad collections widget has been removed.

The top landing pages widget is also grouping and filtering the page names to be more uniform and easier to distinguish what page is being referenced. For instance, the "Home Page" used to be (for PT) Helping Plastics Processors Do Things Better | Plastics Technology.

The Company Advertising Overview widget is now displaying the number of ad and slotted link clicks. The total number of ads for the advertiser has been removed.

The Top Ad Collections widget on the Site Overview Report is now showing the top performing advertiser for each of the 5 ad sizes for each ad collection.

On the company activity report you can now hide individual rows by right clicking on the row and choosing hide row. This works in the same way as the Hide Column functionality always has.
